Robert Boyle

Psychotherapist

We all struggle. We all have hardships and human pain. We do the best we can. We all try to avoid the pain of life, and we have strategies that sometimes work and sometimes cause us more pain that we just can't see yet. We strive for a life worth living, yet the universe sends us unpredicted shifts, bends, and winds.

I'm here to help. I'm here to understand what it's like to be you, and in doing so, I'm hoping you, too, will find a greater understanding of what it's like to be yourself. To me, the safety of our relationship is central to your capacity not only to heal but grow and live a life of abundance.

In terms of philosophy, I believe in helping you find more meaning in life and know that this is best accomplished when your nervous system is regulated. To that end, I employ a blend of humanistic, gestalt and somatic psychotherapy approaches, with additional coaching and psychoeducation components designed to help you find your path.
