Her approach to individual counseling combines mindfulness with cognitive and emotional centered therapies to help you heal the past, grow in the present, and create a future where you will thrive. Kim has advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, an empirically supported method for helping distressed couples rekindle their love and create a nourishing, fulfilling, and loving relationship.
