Eleonora Mortillaro
Psychotherapist
Ellie is a warm and compassionate well of knowledge emerging into the therapy field from Naropa University. She has an amazing base of wisdom from her previous experience in behavioral health settings with children, adolescents, and adults. Her clinical focus involves facilitating adaptive and social-emotional learning through the goal-oriented lens. Within her counseling work, she balances goal-oriented clinical focus with person-centered and depth perspectives. She cultivates an empathetic, clarity-oriented, and welcoming therapeutic space where unconditional acceptance and positive change can be experienced.
Ellie utilizes components of various modalities with a strong appreciation for expressive arts, dreamwork, and Jungian philosophy. She also strives to tailor therapy to individual needs and context, also valuing the utilization of structured, goal-oriented, and adaptive interventions. Ellie has a passion for helping children and adolescents more fully experience their basic goodness, and this passion extends in her work with adults in cultivating a loving relationship with their own inner child and developing a centered, contented, and calm sense of self. She has a strong belief in the unconditional potential of every person, and this belief forms the foundation for her counseling orientation and practice.
