Brooke Shaffer
Psychotherapist MA, LPCC
Brooke received her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Wilderness Therapy at Naropa University. She believes in a strong relational model and focuses on attachment and trauma healing with a mindfulness approach. Brooke welcomes her clients with empathy, understanding, and compassion. She offers in-person, zoom, or nature-based sessions. Brooke is passionate about people and strives to attune to each person’s needs. She works with all populations, including children, couples, and preteens. She is especially skilled at working with clients who have experienced trauma in the backcountry, specifically guides.
